These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your use of SMS (text message) communications with Titan Tax Solutions, LLC (DBA Franskoviak Tax Solutions) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages under the terms below.
- Consent to SMS Communication
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (e.g., by checking a consent box or verbally agreeing), you authorize Titan Tax Solutions to send you SMS (text) messages at the number provided.
Messages may be sent manually or via an automated system, including VOIP-based platforms like RingCentral.
Note: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase services.

Message frequency will vary based on the nature of your engagement with us. You may receive:
- 1 to 5 messages per week during tax season, resolution work, or when action is required
- Up to 4 messages per month for general reminders, tips, or updates during off-peak periods
We strive to keep communication relevant, concise, and respectful of your preferences.

- Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan
- Charges may differ for domestic versus international SMS delivery.
- Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be impacted by your service provider.
- Titan Tax Solutions is not responsible for charges incurred.
- Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Submitting an online form with consent
- Checking the SMS opt-in box on our service or intake forms
- Providing verbal or written consent during onboarding or direct communication
- Opt-Out Methods
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time:
- Reply with “STOP” to any SMS you receive
- Or contact us directly to request removal from our text messaging list
Once unsubscribed, you may receive a confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-consent.
