Titan Tax Solutions provides professional accounting and tax-related services, including but not limited to:
- Virtual CFO and advisory services
- Full-service accounting and bookkeeping
- Personal and business tax preparation and planning
- IRS representation and tax resolution
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and timely service, clients agree to:
- Provide complete, current, and accurate financial and tax information
- Respond promptly to requests for documentation or clarification
- Review and approve documents or filings in a timely manner
- Maintain personal backups of records and documents provided
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, limitations, or suspension of services.
- Fees and Payments
Service fees are communicated through a formal engagement letter or service proposal. By using our Services, you agree to:
- Pay all invoiced amounts by the due date specified
- Pay applicable late fees or interest on past-due balances
- Reimburse any third-party fees incurred on your behalf (e.g., tax software, filing fees)
Titan Tax Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate work due to nonpayment.
- Refund Policy
All services rendered are considered non-refundable due to the nature of professional consulting, preparation, and filing. However, if an error is determined to be the result of our firm’s mistake, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.
- Confidentiality
Titan Tax Solutions upholds strict confidentiality standards and protects all client data in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., IRS Publication 4557, GLBA). - Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and timely advice and service. However, we are not liable for:
- Penalties, interest, or damages arising from your failure to provide timely or accurate information
- Actions taken by the IRS or other agencies outside of our control
- Financial or business decisions made without consulting us or based on partial information
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time by providing written notice.
Titan Tax Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Nonpayment of invoices
- Abusive, hostile, or unprofessional conduct toward staff
Upon termination, all fees incurred up to that date remain due and payable.

By providing your mobile number or email, you consent to receive communications via SMS, email, or client portal. Message and data rates may apply. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
